Selected projects:
- Support in the creation of distribution structures in CEE region for one of the leading manufacturers of OTC medicinal products,
- Support in starting in Poland of a regulated products distribution centre supplying other countries of the region,
- Representing pharmaceutical sector at meetings with Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate (GIF) and with Ministry of Health in the matters regarding regulated products distribution,
- ZSMOPL implementation for international clients with diversified distribution structures,
- Support in day-to-day inspection concerning ZSMOPL reporting, during which it was possible to integrate approaches of both the Client and GIF inspectors,
- Evaluation of distribution and manufacturing of medicinal products used by the army – taking into account the activity specifics,
- Coordination of legal services for one of the leading wholesale distributors on the Polish market,
- Conducting trainings and simulations for pharmacists, preparing to contacts with supervisory authorities,
- Conducting processes of distributors and logistic operators selection,
- Starting channels of direct sales to pharmacies, intervention channels and associated solutions,
- Assistance in arranging sales processes taking into account competition law and business sector regulations.
