Obtaining authorisation to conduct regulated activity
The first step may, but does not have to be, the hardest one. We support our Clients in obtaining authorisations, licenses and other ‘consents’, to let them develop their business. We do not always act at an initial stage. Moreover, we assist in adjusting the scope of already obtained authorisations for actual or planned activity.
What does our work consist in?
We provide our Clients with, among others, the following services:
- we prepare step-plans to start or change the scope of activity and we offer support in every move.
- we advise in the process of logistic operator selection.
- we conduct proceedings and contact supervisory authorities.
Starting and conducting regulated activity is hard. We help to meet formal requirements.
Sometimes we take over contacts with a supervisory authority. Sometimes we stand aside but not get ahead of ourselves. The course of action is always agreed with a Client.
