At the beginning of her career, Magda focused on regulated products. Before establishing MOYERS she had worked in boutique law offices specializing in Life Sciences and in one of the biggest law offices in Poland. She integrates the experience gained with the vision of counsel open to changes.

In project management she focuses on efficiency, effectiveness and good rapport. She is at her best in negotiations and contract management. Matters regarding product manufacturing aspects, organic food and problem solving of medical environment are especially close to her.

After work you can meet her on road cycling routes, mountain trails and with a book. Apart from law she has also graduated in Hebrew studies and remains a passionate follower of Middle East topics.

Experience

Selected projects:

  • Managing contract division in one of Poland’s biggest wholesale distributors and one of the leading pharmaceutical companies (big pharma),
  • Conducting proceedings before Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate (GIF), resulting in the acceptance of Corrective Action Schedule within the scope of ensuring  products availability (art. 36z par. 1 of Pharmaceutical Law),
  • Support in filing a complaint to Voivodeship Administrative Court, leading to repealing of the authority ruling unfavourable to the market of medical devices,
  • Contributing to the change of attitude towards verification of medicinal products authenticity (‘serialisation’) on the regional level and coordination of designation contracts concluded in CEE,
  • Support for the project of a pharmaceutical wholesale outlet automation,
  • Management of litigation strategy before Voivodeship Administrative Courts and Supreme Administrative Court in the series of court cases to which a pharmaceutical company was a party,
  • Convincing a Client to the necessity of making a contract process automatic and optimized,
  • Day-to-day support for medical environment (advisory services for an association, conducting cases regarding medical errors),
  • Pro bono counsel for women’s organization (domestic violence, divorce and maintenance cases).
