Piotr Pawłowski

For several years Piotr has been providing legal assistance to entrepreneurs, public authorities, non profit organisations and citizens. He began his career as a lawyer in the biggest Polish law office. He has been an advocate for ten years. He also works as a tax advisor.

He participated in complex projects from the scope of regulatory counselling, employment law and taxes. He also deals with public law. Moreover, he renders advisory services in the area of personal data protection.

Between 2017 and 2019 he was a standing expert of the Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry on Amber Gold. He is the main legal advisor for the Association of Personal Data Protection Inspectors (SIODO).

He analyses every matter from multiple angles, taking into account not only business outcomes, but also tax consequences. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience during trainings and conferences.

He is currently working on a Ph. D. dissertation from the scope of administrative law. He completed post-graduate studies on personal data protection and information security.

During the day you can meet him on a shooting range, while at night – under a starry sky on astronomical observations.

  • Devising mass redundancies and employment restructuring process in connection with COVID-19 pandemic for entrepreneurs with foreign capital;
  • Regular legal services regarding employees’ matters in commercial companies;
  • Conducting collective disputes in the scope of employment law;
  • Conducting advisory and lobbying activities for insurance, energy, automotive and pharmaceutical sectors;
  • Preparing research analyses in the scope of Regulation Effects Evaluation for public authorities and international organisations agencies;
  • Devising trainings on the proper conducting of Regulation Effects Evaluation for one of ministries;
  • Preparing legal acts drafts concerning equality of opportunity of the disabled and social services;
  • Conducting tax proceedings concerning direct and indirect taxes;
  • Day-to-day legal assistance for local self-government units, including servicing departments dealing with investment, taxes and public procurement;
  • Legal advisory services regarding awarding public contract for sports infrastructure construction for about 10 million PLN.
