For years Jan has been providing legal advice to a pharmaceutical sector, particularly wholesale outlets owners. He succeeds in managing projects concerning opening new wholesale outlets in various business models. His track record is over 25 new authorisations.
He also boasts vast experience in auditing pharmaceutical wholesale outlets, logistic operators, distribution warehouses and shipment – transport companies. The leader of implementation teams, member of expert think tanks.
Jan is a lawyer and a certified attorney-in-fact for integrated quality management systems. Thanks to his versatile background he feels in his element both in typically legal matters and the ones verging on quality or technical-logistic aspects. He is no stranger to qualification and validation processes conducted in pharmaceutical wholesale outlets.
Privately a happy husband, father of two children and, for over 20 years, an active member of off-road expeditions. Apart from off-road, Jan can be met on sailing routes of Warmia and Mazury.

- Drawing up a package of quality documentation for an international shipping company and a customs agency in one,
- Active participation in the group creating a new computerised system for pharmaceutical distribution service,
- Supervising and coordinating the work of a several member team validating an in-house designed computerised system for an international logistic operator – in the scope of medical devices storage, transport and distribution,
- Preparing domestic and foreign transport companies to meet Good Distribution Practice requirements and make them ready for certification,
- Devising new solutions in the scope of computer systems regarding monitoring of environmental conditions,
- Support regarding distribution centre automation as far as the selection of the proper concept is concerned,
- Coordination the work of validation teams for computerised systems (ERP, WMS) and interfaces between systems.
