Magdalena Puławska
Attorney-at-law
Magdalena began her career as an in-house lawyer at a pharmaceutical company supplying innovative medicinal products to the Polish market. She then joined the Life Sciences department of a prominent Polish law firm, where she handled matters related to regulated products, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and tobacco products. Later, she worked at a boutique law firm serving clients in the medicinal product and medical devices industries, as well as pharmacies and trade organizations.
Magdalena has extensive experience in clinical drug trials, medical device regulations, advertising of sensitive products, and in the field of compliance.
She also provides ongoing legal services to clients, particularly in contract law. Additionally, she conducts training sessions for companies and healthcare professionals.
By considering applicable legal regulations, she ensures that projects align with both the business needs and the unique characteristics of each company. Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues is a priority for her.
In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano and staying active through sports, particularly horse riding and skiing. She has a passion for opera, Frédéric Chopin, and 20th-century literature. She also appreciates great food (especially when she’s not the one cooking).
