We helped to complete discussion regarding product availability

A pharmaceutical company has approached us with a request for help in the discussion with a healthcare entity (an outpatient clinic).
The healthcare entity reported the lack of the product on the market (which was not confirmed, finally) and demanded a direct delivery from a ‘pre-wholesaler’. Meanwhile, a ‘pre-wholesaler’ did not plan direct supplies to healthcare entities. For further contacts the outpatient clinic retained a lawyer who drafted a formal statement, categorically opposed to both by our Client and us.
We helped in communication process and appeasing the conflict. Having been presented legal arguments, the outpatient clinic decided to contact distributors supplying ‘hospital’ channel. It also gave up an idea of involving Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector in the discussion.
It has been confirmed that merit arguments presented in an elegant form can focus attention on looking for a solution – for a patient’s sake.
