Piotr Dróżdż

Piotr has been interested in medical and pharmaceutical law since the very beginning of his legal journey. He has been professionally active since the start of his studies – gaining experience in several law firms specialised in public procurement law, compensation and insurance law, as well as real estate law. After graduation, he was a judicial assistant at the Voivodeship Administrative Court in Wrocław.
At Moyers, he is currently pursuing his professional passions in the Life Sciences industry – he is particularly familiar with issues related to the conduct of regulated business, primarily the medical business.
Piotr believes that the key to successfully supporting a client is to fully understand their needs. Therefore, he relies on a thorough understanding of the specific character of the industry in which he operates to provide the highest quality advice and assistance.
In his free time, Piotr enjoys spending time in nature – hiking on mountain trails or taking long bike rides. He likes to spend his evenings with books.

- Support for the analysis and drafting of quality contracts,
- Preparation of analyses of succession of authority to conduct regulated activities,
- Development and review of documents to implement employee volunteering initiatives at the client,
- Preparation of requests for individual interpretations in matters relating to the distribution of regulated products,
- Support in customer-led investigations into MAHs’ payment of costs for quality testing of medicinal products.
