Mariusz gained his experience at the Polish Chamber of Physicians and Dentists in the department of the Supreme Ombudsman for Professional Liability, where he was in charge of investigating professional liability cases against physicians. Subsequently, he worked in the legal department as well as law firms, supporting companies in preparing and negotiating contracts, advising clients on their day-to-day operations and representing them in courts.

He is particularly familiar with the issues of artificial intelligence and the law of new technologies, especially in the context of language models, computer programs and e-commerce and marketing. He actively follows the development of intellectual property regulations and the impact of artificial intelligence on the medical and pharmaceutical industries as well as on the work of lawyers.

In his spare time, he has a passion for boxing and fishing.
