Agnieszka Warsewicz

Agnieszka has dedicated the majority of her career to the legal aspects of clinical research. She began by collaborating with a law firm specializing in research-related topics. Later, she gained in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry through roles with both sponsors and CROs.
She has extensive experience in negotiating contracts, developing contract templates, and managing global projects with a focus on contractual matters. Passionate about civil law, she firmly believes that even complex contracts can be both effective and simple.
Agnieszka believes that being a good lawyer requires continuous learning and personal development. In line with this philosophy, she is pursuing further education at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw. She teaches civil law to students. She is also the author of several scientific publications.
In her day-to-day work, Agnieszka embraces new challenges and opportunities for growth in a supportive atmosphere.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling or planning her next adventure. She is particularly passionate about civil aviation, Asian cultures, and contemporary cinema.
