Basis and Purpose of Data Processing
We process personal data for the purpose of entering into and performing a contract, based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. The processing of the data is necessary not only for the performance of the contract, but also for the fulfillment of our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We may also process data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR for contact purposes, including to inform about changes in regulations, authorities’ practices, etc. (e.g. by sending newsletters and alerts). Upon termination of the contract, we will also process data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (for potential claims).
Information about Recipients of Personal Data
We may disclose data to entities with whom we cooperate in connection with the ongoing support of our operations, in particular in connection with the provision of IT services.
Storage Period
The data is stored for the duration of the cooperation framework agreement, and thereafter based on the statute of limitations for possible claims and archiving regulations. We store data processed under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR until it is objected.
Rights
Individuals whose data we process have the right to access, rectify, erase, limit processing, transfer, object, and file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Provision of Data
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary if we are to cooperate with each other.
Other Information
There is no automated decision-making involved in our processing of personal data.
What are Cookies?

Types of Cookies
